How do I place an order?

Choose your product, add the available variant to your cart, and submit a checkout request with your contact details, delivery address, shipping method, and payment method. ShopKaar contacts you before confirming the order.

Where does ShopKaar deliver?

ShopKaar currently delivers within Pakistan. Checkout accepts Pakistani mobile numbers and a Pakistan delivery address.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery uses city-tier pricing. Major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Multan are charged Rs 200. Other Pakistani cities are charged Rs 350.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is estimated at 3-5 business days after the order is confirmed and prepared. Remote locations, courier delays, public holidays, or confirmation delays can add extra time.

What payment methods are available?

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. Manual bank, Raast, or wallet transfer may also be available at checkout, with instructions shown before you submit the request.

Can I track my order?

Signed-in customers can use the account order area for saved requests and purchases. Guest customers can contact support with their request number and phone number for an update.

Can I change my address or phone number?

Contact us as quickly as possible if your delivery details need to change. We can usually update details before confirmation or dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the parcel is with the courier.

How do returns and exchanges work?

Return or exchange requests should be started within 7 days of delivery. Eligibility depends on product condition, order details, and whether the item is hygiene-sensitive, damaged, missing, or incorrect.

Are product prices final?

Product prices are shown in PKR. Shipping and any valid discount are calculated during checkout. Availability, final confirmation, and delivery details are checked before an order is accepted.
