Returns & Exchanges
How ShopKaar handles return, exchange, cancellation, and refund requests for orders delivered across Pakistan.
7-day return window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery when an item is not right for you. The request is reviewed against the order details, product condition, and stock availability before it is approved.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the next step and avoid delays.
Eligible items
Returns and exchanges are usually accepted when the item is unused, clean, complete, and in its original packaging with any tags, accessories, or inserts included.
- The item must match the product sold by ShopKaar and the order information you provide.
- For accessories, the product should not be bent, scratched, stained, resized, or otherwise altered after delivery.
- For beauty or hygiene-sensitive items, sealed packaging must remain unopened unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, missing, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your request number, phone number, and clear photos or video of the parcel and item.
When the issue is confirmed as a ShopKaar packing or fulfillment error, we will arrange the fairest available fix, such as a replacement, exchange, refund, or return delivery support.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Cash on Delivery refunds are sent to a customer-confirmed bank, Raast, or wallet account. Manual transfer refunds are returned to a verified customer account where possible.
Original shipping charges and return courier charges are not normally refundable unless the issue was caused by a ShopKaar error.
Exchanges and cancellations
Exchanges depend on current stock, color, size, and variant availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable option.
Order requests can usually be cancelled before confirmation or dispatch. Once a parcel has been dispatched, the return process applies.
How to start a request
Use the Contact Us page and choose Returns & Exchanges, or reply through the same support channel used for your order confirmation. Include your request number, phone number, item name, and the reason for the request.
