Using ShopKaar
By using this website, creating an account, submitting a checkout request, or buying from ShopKaar, you agree to these terms and the linked privacy and returns policies.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and for keeping your account access secure.
Products, prices, and availability
We aim to show accurate product names, photos, descriptions, prices, variants, and stock. Small differences in color, packaging, texture, or finish can happen because of lighting, screens, supplier updates, or handmade and batch variations.
Prices are shown in PKR and may change without notice. Stock is confirmed before an order is accepted.
Checkout requests and order acceptance
Submitting checkout creates an order request, not an automatically accepted order. ShopKaar may contact you to confirm details, verify availability, review delivery information, and confirm payment handling before dispatch.
We may decline, cancel, or limit a request if information is incomplete, stock is unavailable, the delivery area is unsupported, the order appears risky, or a product or pricing error is discovered.
Delivery
ShopKaar currently ships within Pakistan using standard delivery. Delivery fees are calculated from the shipping configuration shown at checkout, with major cities and rest-of-country tiers.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Courier delays, holidays, remote areas, customer unavailability, or incomplete contact details can affect delivery.
Payments
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Cash on Delivery remains pending until payment is collected at delivery. Manual bank, Raast, or wallet transfer remains pending verification until proof is checked by ShopKaar.
Online payment gateways may be added later and will be governed by their own provider checks, settlement rules, and security requirements.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled under the Returns & Exchanges policy. Approval depends on request timing, product condition, stock availability, and whether the issue was caused by ShopKaar, the courier, or post-delivery handling.
Accounts and acceptable use
Accounts are for legitimate customer use. Do not misuse the website, submit fake orders, attempt unauthorized admin access, copy private store data, or interfere with the site or its security controls.
Limits and updates
ShopKaar is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer information, courier disruption, third-party service outages, or events outside reasonable control.
We may update these terms as the store, payment methods, delivery partners, and operating policies change. Continued use of the website means the updated terms apply.
